Health 360 is a one-year program to prevent type 2 diabetes in people that are prediabetic or at risk for developing type 2 diabetes. Health 360 is focused on helping you make moderate changes to your lifestyle through increased physical activity and improved nutrition and eating habits.
The key to a healthy lifestyle is making it practical in your everyday life. Two components of healthy living are eating well and being physically active.
Create Better Health is an 8-week program that helps people plan and prepare nutritious meals with commonly used ingredients, as well as setting physical activity goals. Participants will learn the benefits of healthy eating and being active while practicing what is taught throughout the 8-week course.
