Create Better Health is an 8-week program designed to help adults lead active and healthy lifestyles on a budget. Throughout the course you will learn about using food that you already have on hand to make healthy meals as well as ways to be more physically active. In each lesson you will learn about a nutrition topic, physical activity topic and a recipe that you can try at home.
If you have a chronic disease like obesity or diabetes, are at risk for a chronic disease, or just want to make changes for a healthier lifestyle, Create Better Health can help. In Create Better Health we meet once a week for 8 weeks. Each session lasts for one hour.
Though Create Better Health you will learn more about healthy eating habits, managing and buying healthy food on a budget, cooking healthy meals, being physically active and leading a healthier life.
