Are you ready to take charge of your health and embrace healthy aging? Waco-McLennan Public Health and McLennan County’s Live Well Waco program invite you to join our classes featuring low- to no-impact chair exercises that focus on range of motion, balance, and strength-building, along with nutrition information. Offered at three locations in McLennan County, you can choose the class location that is most convenient for you to help you stay active and feeling great.

The key to a healthy lifestyle is making it practical in your everyday life. Two components of healthy living are eating well and being physically active.
Create Better Health is an 8-week program that helps people plan and prepare nutritious meals with commonly used ingredients, as well as setting physical activity goals. Participants will learn the benefits of healthy eating and being active while practicing what is taught throughout the 8-week course.
