Health360

Health 360 is a one-year program to prevent type 2 diabetes in people that are prediabetic or at risk for developing type 2 diabetes. Health 360 is focused on helping you make moderate changes to your lifestyle through increased physical activity and improved nutrition and eating habits.

Create Better Health is an 8-week program designed to help adults lead active and healthy lifestyles on a budget. Throughout the course you will learn about using food that you already have on hand to make healthy meals as well as ways to be more physically active.
