What are the 5 Stages of Grief?

5 stages (DABDA)

Denial - refusal to accept the truth

Anger - fit of rage at family or doctor or a “higher power”

Bargaining - agreement between conscious mind and soul 

Depression - overwhelmed by emotions, withdrawing from life

Acceptance - approval of conditions, knowing tings cannot be change but it doesn’t meant you are giving up.
