It's National Garden Day!
Did you know, gardening is considered moderate to high-intensity exercise? According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, up to 330 calories can be burned during one hour of light gardening! The National Institute of Health recommends 30 to 45 minutes of gardening three to five times a week as part of good weekly exercise.
It's going to be a beautiful day, let's get out and enjoy this earth!
