Eradicating Tobacco Use On Texas College Campuses
With their Casual Smoker Campaign and their Alternative Products Campaign, Peers Against Tobacco are working to improve college campus' tobacco policies and eradicate tobacco use on those campuses all over Texas. Comprehensive tobacco-free campus policies have been shown to reduce the use of tobacco and alternative tobacco products (ATPs) among college students. "Casual" or "occasional" smokers are still at great risk for addiction. Even E-cigarettes, a type of ATP, contain nicotine and are just as addictive as any cigarette. Tobacco in any shape or form, in any amount is dangerous. Protect yourself and your peers by knowing the facts about smoking so we all may breathe well. Let's eradicate tobacco use!
